From the beginning, Moose, Robert, and George treated me like a real person—not a dollar sign or the next sale they needed to close. They took the time to understand what I was actually looking for, what mattered to me, and what I wanted to accomplish with this purchase. And I wasn’t exactly the easiest customer. I had questions. I compared vehicles. I changed directions. I wanted to understand the technology, features, pricing, and options before making a decision. Through all of it, they were incredibly patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision before I was ready. What impressed me most was that they didn’t just try to sell me a vehicle. They helped me figure out which vehicle was right for me. I ultimately drove away in a Buick Enclave Avenir, and I couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the experience that got me there. There are plenty of dealerships that can sell you a car. Finding people who make you feel comfortable, respected, and confident about one of the larger purchases you’ll make is something different. Moose, Robert, and George did exactly that. Central Buick GMC earned every one of these five stars. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends or family, and when it’s time for another vehicle, Moose will be the first person I call.
