My name is Robert and I’m a native of the Chicagoland area but planted our family roots more than 20 years ago here in North Texas. I married my 8th grade sweetheart and have been married for 33 years and blessed to have had the honor of raising 4 daughters. My girls have all married Texas gentlemen and we have been blessed with 10 Grandbeauties so far so it’s safe to say I’m here for life. I come from a diverse background with experience in manufacturing, financial services, high end customer service, management, and for the past 14 years have been in the automotive industry. I am a person of strong faith and have served in my local church as well as abroad on mission. Each day I wake up knowing I’m already blessed and my goal for the day is to make a positive impact on as many people as possible.

One of a kind Service Robert Schultz was the gentleman that helped me get my truck. Not only did he do it in a timely manner but his professionalism was on another level. Professionalism Arrived and drove off with a quality vehicle all in about 2.5 hours including the financing process. Very laid back atmosphere but truly professional. My New F150 I called at just before 9 AM on a Monday morning (5/9) and was pleasantly greeted by Robert Schultz the Sales Manager. I told him the F150 I was inter I called at just before 9 AM on a Monday morning (5/9) and was pleasantly greeted by Robert Schultz the Sales Manager. I told him the F150 I was interested in and filled him in on my other requirements. He immediately sent me a credit application and got the ball rolling on my deal. We talked back and forth on the phone a few times and he had the deal all set and ready for delivery by !:30 the same afternoon! The smoothest most painless vehicle buy experience I've ever had. He delivered the truck to my driveway the next morning. It was like brand new., almost flawless. After a short ride and much pleasant conversation we arrived at his office. We signed all the paperwork and I was on my way! I took it by my mechanic of more than thirty years (Matt Bartholomew) and all that we could find deficient was a left rear signal bulb out! Robert was most personable and pleasant so much so that he felt like a long time friend from the Monday call to his office. I would recommend Dallas Lease Returns and Robert to anyone shopping for a vehicle. More

I must say that dealing with Robert Schultz at Dallas Lease Returns has completely changed my point of view on Buying a car has always been stressful. I must say that dealing with Robert Schultz at Dallas Lease Returns has completely changed my point of view on car buying. Honesty, low pressure and very professional, the customer service Robert showed us should be an industry standard across the board. I love dealing with friendly and honest people which I experienced here. My Nissan Pathfinder is absolutely perfect for my family and my budget! Sometimes at the end of a purchase when you are getting down to the nitty gritty of price and fees, your stomach can drop. However, I was pleasantly surprised that not only was I getting a great car at a great price from a friendly and honest salesman, I was getting one free year of car washes and a check in the mail to purchase two new tires. Surprise!! Robert cares about your satisfaction and well being. He even brought my new car to me! How cool is that? If you are wanting to purchase a new car, you need Robert. End of story. Exceptional Service, Trustworthy Experience was wonderful. Truck I purchased looked great and was at a fair price. No pressure and financing was simple. Couple days after the purchase, I let them know there was an issue with the vehicle. They immediately told me to bring vehicle in to see if they missed something during their inspection. They fixed the problem at no cost. I would highly recommend if you are looking for the following; quality vehicle, fair price, no pressure and trustworthy. More
