Awesome Customer Service Experience! I spoke with Robert on the phone the day before I was scheduled to bring in my vehicle. I reached the end of my lease and Robert asked me questions. It was obvious he took the time to take detailed notes because he was well prepared to help me when I arrived. He took time to understand my needs and didn't try to force me into a vehicle that didn't work for me. Robert made sure that I had everything set up with Chevy and OnStar before I left. When the time comes for me to turn in my next lease, I definitely hope to get to work with him again. Excellent Service!!! More
