From purchase to service my experience has been awful. They will tell you whatever you want to hear and take it back later. They add interest to your loan for themselves without telling you. ZakTeck paint protection is a scam, Google it before purchasing. Been waiting for a call back for a month for a refund on the paint protection since I will not be using it due to a move across country and it has to be done at this dealer. never got a call back, only phone calls to purchase my car so I can get another used one that downgrades me from the car I just purchased. No one there knows what they are doing. Service is not actually done, they didn’t change my oil or complete a multi point inspection they said was done. However my filters need replaced and they didn’t mention that at all. Since they cannot complete the most basic service, an inspection, I will and recommend never trusting them with your vehicle. They most likely let things go in hopes the vehicle repairs later cause the owner to get a new car. This customer service has turned me away from ever buying another Toyota again. More

I purchased my second car, 2022 4Runner, on 11/09/3021 and it has turned out to be the worst car buying experience yet. From the sales clerk, Amanda to the office manager, Katrina Coscarelli and everyone and it has turned out to be the worst car buying experience yet. I initially alerted them of my dissatisfaction on Wednesday, 11/17/21, and I immediately received a call from "Ralph", I believe that was his name (I forgot it). After giving the details to Ralph he apologized and said that should not have happened. He asked that I come in on Friday 11/19/2021 (he would be in all day) and he would take care of my issues; window tint that I paid $299 and was not done; rims exchange or purchase, etc. He offered to me dealer cost for the items. I informed him that I would be in around 10 am that Friday. I arrived approximately at 10:15 AM today and the service guy did not know a "Ralph" or Kristina or Motz! I asked for the service manager and finally Izad Far appeared. Per Izad he never has heard of Ralph or Katrina and he said he would check my log to see who I spoke to. He appears with a man named Andre and says this is the guy I spoke to. I said no it isn't! Andre is the car accessories clerk. Then I demanded he get Ralph. After waiting another 10 minutes, Katrina shows up. RALPH IS GONE and no where to be found. After explaining to Kristina that I want my windows tinted as I paid for them she stated that they were tinted. I said no. I paid $299 and all I received was the two front windows with minimal tint to match the other factory "light" tinted windows. I asked Kristina why wasn't this explained about their "tinted service". And I stated that they are just ripping off customers. She stated that sorry I feel that way but that's the way they do business! She instructed Izad to provide pricing for the tinted service and rims and to present to me before proceeding. After waiting and waiting I go out searching for Izad and he provides an estimate of $399 for the tint service plus $5000 for the rims! Note that $399 window tint for the 4Runner is the standard pricing to anyone off the street. This means that to provide the correct tint service, it was going to cost me almost $700! This is a complete ripoff. Izad said he is just following Kristina's directive. Next time you see a picture of Robert Motz receiving some accolade; just remember that's the same smile he uses to steal from customers. Doesn't he have a conscience? How rich is too rich. Stealing from the poor just to further line the pockets of the rich, himself. As a side note, be aware that they sales people, sales manager, service tech and service manager; NONE OF THEM RETURN TELEPHONE MESSAGES. Very poor service all around. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Robert Motz I hope you enjoy my money. More

2 weeks into my car and a faulty pice fell off! Won’t fix! Horrible. 50,000 car and to get treated the way I did just not acceptable from any company/Business. So not only do they not stand by any kind of standards the undermine her own people very very sad I have been beating the door down on this whole thing for week and a half now and I’m not gonna rest until I make a know how undermining this dealership is! It maybe time for 3 on your side! More

I am very disappointed with my recent purchase experience of a Certified Pre-Owned Toyota and subsequent service from Camelback Toyota. It all started with difference in the price of the vehicle from what I of a Certified Pre-Owned Toyota and subsequent service from Camelback Toyota. It all started with difference in the price of the vehicle from what I signed with the sales person and what finance presented to me. Camelback Toyota delivered the vehicle with a large area of clear coat missing on the driver’s door, and has not been fixed. When the vehicle would not start, the towing provider with Toyota Care damaged the front spoiler because he had the back wheels raised too high. No one with any authority has contacted me about these issues. The salesperson told me that they would fix the clear coat, but nothing has been done and I still have a vehicle with a door that looks terrible. It makes me wonder if the door was repainted and if the dealership may be hiding facts. Additionally, my front spoiler damaged by their tow truck driver remains damaged and not repaired. Overall, I remain very disappointed with Camelback Toyota. More
