Robert Motz and upper management you need to have meetings and present yourselves to you employees that way they know who they are working for. I have never met some many employees that do not have a clue who their general manager is or who sits in the Eiffel Tower. I guess they can resort to Google.

No the rims were offered by Jesse at cost at $522 each and Izard charged me over $625 per rim. Phantom “Ralph”offered the same dealer cost for rims until you came along. As far as the tint I already paid $299. Give me what I paid for. Full car tint at no additional charge.

Since there is no mechanical failure with your mirror; Toyota’s warranty about missing parts is that “an outside influence” will cause a piece of a component to fall off or break which is not covered by the warranty. However, we contacted Toyota Headquarters on your behalf and they are going to investigate this matter and provide coverage for the missing trim piece as a goodwill gesture.
