Car buying is hard. but not at Heritage Honda. They make it very easy. From my first interaction with Kaleb Crawford, his manager John Schoppert , the finance manager, Warren Tsang and all the way to the g it very easy. From my first interaction with Kaleb Crawford, his manager John Schoppert , the finance manager, Warren Tsang and all the way to the general manager, Robert Lee. Instead of sitting at the table waiting while the salesperson has to "talk to their manager", John came to the table with me and we agreed on terms very quickly. A very pleasurable experience and I will definitely be back for my next new/used car needs More

I highly recommend Kaleb Crawford of Mileone Honda in Westminster. Far from the typical pushy salesman. Instead he was very patient even more friendly, a pleasant surprise. He assisted me tremendously with narrowing down the type of car I wanted and found me a car with everything I wanted and more. He even placed my items from my old car to my new car. So yes, he over delivered. He along with Mr. Robert Lee and Gregg Smith assisted me with an Awesome deal with a Wonderful warranty. I had several options as far as financing and car choices. I enjoyed my experience at Mileone Westminster. The staff made me comfortable, kept me smiling and entertained. I am extremely satisfied with my new SUV. Ultimately, the overall environment was magnificent. I look forward to working with them ALL again on my next purchase. More

I purchased my 2021 Honda Ridgeline from them very recently and was very happy with my experience. Great people, fair deal and great truck! Was there long time because of above and they offered me dinner, which was first class. Will go there again! More

The salesperson helping me on this was Mark Fishmen. He was just too good and was always helping and guiding me along the process. He actually went way beyond to make the deal happen. I did go to other dealerships, they all jacked up the prices after calling me to the dealership saying that they cannot give the outdoor price through phone or email, but mark didn’t do any of that. He did give me a price and stuck on with it. I went to the dealership almost at the closing time and then was not able to catch a cab since the cab service is not that great at that period of time. The manager Robert personally dropped me to my house. [ really a cool guy] Chole did an amazing job too, completely professional and a wonderful person. Not only that, other members of the staff were also friendly always asking if I needed anything to drink like water or soda. They asked me and my friend, if I wanted anything and were up to the point of a good service. Even if the dealership chooses to up the prices of the car in the future to stay afloat with the market demand…the least I can say to this dealership is that they will be honest about it and will respect the customer and will not waste your valuable time. To all the software professionals (IT department), I would personally recommend this dealership for purchasing cars. All the best to the people working at this dealership. More

This complaint is focused on poor communication and accountability by the car dealership. I purchased a new Honda civic from this dealership in 2021 and had an excellent buying experience but unfortuna accountability by the car dealership. I purchased a new Honda civic from this dealership in 2021 and had an excellent buying experience but unfortunately things went downhill since then. I was given temporary license plate tags and as we approached tag expiration date, I reached out to the dealership four times via email, both to the salesperson (John Mohlhenrick) who sold me the vehicle and the general manager (Robert Lee) without any response. Only after calling the dealership to speak with multiple managers was a response eventually provided within several days. I was assured my Mr. Lee internal actions would be taken to prevent recurrence. I recently emailed both Mr. Mohlhenrick and Mr. Lee with another inquiry but have not heard back and it has been over 2 weeks. Due to the poor communication and lack of accountability with consumers who purchase over $21k from a private business, I do not recommend you buy your car from this dealership for the risk that you will also be dismissed once you have made your payment. Hopefully, this serves as a wake-up call to the dealership to take consumer inquiries more seriously and have greater pride in the work that they do. I have submitted a complaint with BBB and look forward to hearing from the dealership. More
