While picking out the add-ons for my new CR-V Ken was very honest when I asked for his opinion. Unfortunately with the shortage of vehicles out there, it was a little bit of a waiting game but Ken kept in touch with me on a regular basis. Once my CR-V arrived he spent time going over all the new features, helped me set them up if needed and also helped me pair my phone.
