I was very dissapointed with the lack of customer service I recently purchased a 2015 A3 with 21,000 at this location. I was told the Audi care transfered with this car. I brought the car in for its normal se I recently purchased a 2015 A3 with 21,000 at this location. I was told the Audi care transfered with this car. I brought the car in for its normal service/oil change. I was told the Audi care wasnt active. I was told sorry, there is nothing we can do it states inactive. I explained what i was told when I purchased and asked how to figure this out. My representative was rude and not helpful at all. I had to insist on speaking to a managet or whomever to fix this confusion. Thank goodness my sales rep got involved and figured out the situation. I dont know if the service rep was just having a bad day or what but the customer service was poor. Not having a good feeling about my experience it continues...I picked up my car and now the acceration isnt working properly. I explained the dangerous jerking while accerating and the danger on the expressway and they cant look at it for a few days. Based on how I was treated I dont feel this is a coincidence. More
