If it wasn't for Robert, I would change dealerships. I do not like having to return several times because issues were not taken care of. Robert ultimately gets the jobs done but the shop has to do a bet I do not like having to return several times because issues were not taken care of. Robert K. in service and Joe J. in sales deserve 5 out of 5 in reviews. They are just about the only reasons I haven’t changed dealerships. Robert ultimately gets my service requests satisfied but the shop needs to do a more thorough job the first time to avoid return trips by me to finish service and keep me from changing dealerships.

As I returned home from your service department I realized the hood of my vehicle was not secured. The hood latch was not completely closed and latched. Disappointed that Robert had not found this issue as he drove it to the front of your service station for me to return home in an unsafe manner. $200 not well spent and cannot recommend your service department with such a grievous mistake in safety.
