This is an unfortunate situation that sometimes arises as we aggressively price our vehicles to the marketplace so, on occasion, someone may elect to purchase a vehicle online when someone else, like yourself, may be considering purchasing it. In this case, the other customer committed to buying the vehicle by placing a 72 hour hold. This required that the other customer agree to all of the terms of the purchase. They then have 72 hours to complete the purchase. If they fail to do so, the vehicle is then becomes available to the public again. We did not send a proposal to you prior to your visit because you had not agreed to the value given for your trade-in. In any event, your product specialist should have reached out to you once he learned that the vehicle you were interested in had a hold placed upon it. We are glad that you were able to find what you were looking for elsewhere. We hope to have the opportunity to earn your business at some point in the future.
