No very pleasant experience Stood in line for 15 min after giving car to shop. I went to a gas station and they said that I had no threads on 2 tiers. Even though I just came from Nissan and have a bill stating that my tier thread was good. horrible service department . go elsewhere !! called 9 am and was told I had to call a different number than the one listed online. I called the new number I was given and a recording said the num called 9 am and was told I had to call a different number than the one listed online. I called the new number I was given and a recording said the number was disconnected. i proceeded to text someone who told me I would get a callback very soon. Three hours later....no call. I tried texting again and was again told I would get a call "soon'. however I was given a different number to call. After waiting another 3 hours I called the number which rang about 12 times. I was prompted to leave my name and number and they will call back. still waiting.... what a waste of a day !!!! maybe the sales dept. is good but God forbid you need service. totally disgusted with their service. BEWARE !! More
