From my initial outreach to the Dealership through the final step of the agreement, I was given Robert's attention. He was flexible when dealing my schedule and other conditions (weather);Robert worked diligently to locate the vehicle of my choice (color) and he worked to ensure that I would receive the various discount opportunities were available to me ; Darlene was very nice and accommodating. Before I met Robert. I believe it was my interaction and conversation with Darlene that made me comfortable about the Dealership. Working with Vic was also very pleasant and professional. He explained the various financial options available making my decision less difficult.
