For the most part I was satisfied with the salesman and other man who took care of the paperwork. The were both courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. They answered my questions pa other man who took care of the paperwork. The were both courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. They answered my questions patiently and were solicitous of any concerns I had. The only issue was the condition of the wheel covers. Before we purchased the vehicle my nephew noticed damage on the front of the wheel cover on the passenger side. We brought this to the attention of the salesman and he told us they would take care of that issue. Unfortunately we didn’t take a photo of the damage. When we picked up the vehicle my nephew noticed that the wheel cover remained damaged and additionally the other 3 wheels were also damaged. They were undamaged at the time of the purchase. My nephew thought that the 3 wheel covers were replaced with damaged ones since he definitely would have noticed the damage when we first looked at the car. The salesman denied my nephew’s opinion of the issue. We did leave with the car I purchased in spite of our unhappiness of the situation. Lesson; always take photos of vehicle you intend to purchase!! More

I wen’t to Sarant to look at a vehicle that I saw for sale on their website. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Rob. He showed me the vehicle, introduced me to people in the shop as well. T sale on their website. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Rob. He showed me the vehicle, introduced me to people in the shop as well. They were detailing the car so I couldn’t test drive it right away. We set up a test drive for a day he wasn’t in and Sal took me for a test drive. Both gentlemen were very helpful, explained everything with the car. Long story short, within the next few days I was picking up the car. They were great! More

Because of an upcoming emergency road trip to Florida, I was able to schedule a needed oil change and tire rotation for the following day. I arrived early and decided to leave my vehicle.
