Christine was fantastic she hooked up delivery of my car to my house, thank you. It was fixed super quick too which was great, but the only thing they didn’t follow through with was cleaning the residual of to my house, thank you. It was fixed super quick too which was great, but the only thing they didn’t follow through with was cleaning the residual of tape on the door. I figured out how to clean it off so it’s all good. Maybe have loaner cars on hand the next time because although the fix was covered I still had to rent a car for two days at $175.00 So really it wasn’t a free fix! I know it doesn’t seem like a lot of money but it’s money that I don’t have for the inconvenience! More
