From the moment I walked through the doors, every single department exceeded my expectations. My salesman, Andrew was deeply knowledgeable, polite, and completely focused on my needs without a hint of high pressure tactics. He took the time to walk me through every trim, feature, and technology option on my new model. The sales manager, Corey was engaging very conscientious and offered several different options and thoughtful opinions for purchasing. It was like being around old friends, cracking jokes and telling stories. Robby in the finance department office was transparent, efficient, and respectful of my time. Every number, warranty option, and payment structure was laid out clearly with zero hidden fees or confusing upsells. Bill the tech guru set up my personalized MBUX profile and phone integration and carefully explained all of the many features on the car before I drove off the lot. It felt less like a transaction and more like a tailored concierge service. The delivery process was immaculate my car was detailed to absolute perfection. Furthermore, they picked the car up for its initial accessory setup, window tint etc. and gave me a complementary loaner Mercedes-Benz to drive.
