The process was painless - from the negotiating to the finance (with Pernell), the folks at Lokey were always professional and friendly. I didn't feel was if I was at a (very busy) card dealership. Everything perfect except My experience was almost perfect. The oil change was all I came in for and it was completed in less than an hour. There were donuts, coffee water and My experience was almost perfect. The oil change was all I came in for and it was completed in less than an hour. There were donuts, coffee water and various snacks. The wifi was easy to access and the time went by very quickly. I would have gave a perfect review except I " forgot" to ask for a car wash. You would think for customer satisfaction this would be a no brainier, but no ..the car wash wansnt completed because I didn't ask for it. Sorry service center this should be automatic..who doesn't want a car wash? P More
