From the woman who answered my call, to driving off of the property. Every single person was warm, friendly and not intimidating at all. Zoltan had a love for Mercedes, and it is very easy to connect with the property. Every single person was warm, friendly and not intimidating at all. Zoltan had a love for Mercedes, and it is very easy to connect with him and see why he loves this brand so much. He is incredibly knowledgeable and really took his time to show me how everything on my car works. Also Rob, he is awesome, so patient and answered my plethora of questions completely. Both gentlemen were very kind and genuine. I felt very comfortable with my purchase from start to finish, I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing my first Mercedes. More

Exceptional Service During a Challenging Time I can’t express enough gratitude to Victor and the Crown Eurocars team for their exceptional service during a crisis for my family. After a devastating storm express enough gratitude to Victor and the Crown Eurocars team for their exceptional service during a crisis for my family. After a devastating storm surge left us without any vehicles, we desperately needed a reliable car. Victor's unwavering support and dedication were a beacon of hope for us. From the very beginning, Victor demonstrated a deep understanding of our situation. He listened to our needs and concerns with genuine empathy, and his efforts to find us the perfect car were relentless. Not only did they locate the exact model we wanted, but the color and interior were beyond expectations. What stood out was the extra mile he went for us. Knowing we needed transportation to evacuate during an incoming hurricane, the crown team graciously loaned us a car until our new one arrived. This level of care and commitment was beyond anything we could have imagined. Thanks to Victor and Crown Eurocar team, we were able to get back on our feet with peace of mind. Their dedication, professionalism, and kindness will never be forgotten. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a car—they’ve earned a customer for life. More
