Very disappointing experience with this dealership. My husband was ready to purchase and finance a vehicle from them, but because we live out of state, they refused to move forward with the sale. We even offered to have a licensed state title and tag company work directly with the dealership to handle the state title and registration requirements, but they refused to even speak with them or explore that option. It was extremely frustrating because we were serious buyers and were willing to do whatever was necessary to make sure everything was handled properly. Instead of trying to find a solution or work with professionals who handle out-of-state titling, they simply refused the sale. He even contacted their corporate office and spoke with someone who said they would look into the situation and get back to us. We never received a call back, and now the truck appears to have been sold. Based on our experience, this dealership did not seem knowledgeable or willing to handle anything outside of their normal process. What should have been a straightforward sale turned into a completely unnecessary and frustrating experience. We had financing, were ready to purchase, and even provided a solution for the Maryland title and registration, and they still refused to work with us. If you are an out-of-state buyer, I would NOT waste you time with this dealership. Rob Stein was the main issue! More
