Rob was great to work with from the first email communication to walking out with keys. Emich was clean and had adapted well to COVID. Tom and Rob Seski were extremely helpful in learning about the e-golf and testing it out. The team worked with me on every concern that I had, and made me 100% comfortable and confident in purchasing from them. Thankful for the finance walkthrough and clarity from Clarissa Beloff. Colt Emich even stepped in to ensure that all my concerns were addressed. I felt like a guest in their home, which was great and I walked out with a great "new" car. Even offered me to have a burger as the team was grilling out on Saturday! If you want a good car buying experience, I highly recommend it. There were no pushy salespeople or slights of hands. Completely different used car buying service, and my wife and I will definitely return for my future car needs. Thank you! More
