I had a wonderful experience with Rob Owen. He was very accommodating, informative and patient throughout the entire process in getting the deal done on my GT3, He even drove from Riverside to DTLA to pick accommodating, informative and patient throughout the entire process in getting the deal done on my GT3, He even drove from Riverside to DTLA to pick up my trade-in car himself and made sure everything was okay till the last minute. John Beech helped me set up everything before making the long drive to buy the car, and was exceptional to work with. Rob Owen was great He jumped in for John who had a dentist appointment when I was coming long drive to buy the car, and was exceptional to work with. USAA member all negotiating done on line with Rob Owen at Riverside Porsche. This ended up being a month long process and through it all Rob always available, polite, and when we finally found the right at Riverside Porsche. This ended up being a month long process and through it all Rob always available, polite, and when we finally found the right Porsche the Cayenne, he worked with me on my trade and the price of the Cayenne. Never met Rob until he delivered the Car and his professionalism continued as we finalized all the paper work and he went through the Cayenne with me. Highly recommend doing business with Rob. More

My husband and I came into to look into purchasing the Porsche Cayenne and while waiting for our appointment, we were greeted by every staff member that walked by us, which I thought was amazing customer Porsche Cayenne and while waiting for our appointment, we were greeted by every staff member that walked by us, which I thought was amazing customer service. Our product specialist, Rob Owens, was more than amazing. He was calm, didn’t rush us, and made sure to explain the vehicle from front to rear end. After test driving we were certain and a couple of hours later, we had our keys and were driving home. Thank you Rob, Ed, and Adam for making our first Porsche purchase an unforgettable one! More
