My husband and I recently drove down 2 hours from Maine to purchase a Toyota Camry SE AWD from Rockingham Toyota in Salem, NH. Rob L. was our salesman and he made it well worth the drive! He was friendly, to purchase a Toyota Camry SE AWD from Rockingham Toyota in Salem, NH. Rob L. was our salesman and he made it well worth the drive! He was friendly, understanding, quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about each and every vehicle we were interested in. He cared about our needs and provided exceptional service from start to finish! The Business Manager, Lena was also amazing to work with when financing our vehicle!! She was very friendly and efficient and provided outstanding service!! This was by far the BEST car buying experience we have EVER had and we will continue to go see Rob L. and Lena at Toyota for all of our future car buying needs! We got a fantastic deal on a certified Rav4, and much like when I bought a Camry about 18 months ago, Rob couldn't have been more helpful and thorough during the sales process. He's a true professional and I wouldn't purchase a car from anyone else. I highly recommend Rob, Frank in Finance, and this dealership for an all around stress free car buying experience. Lease Return Inquiry I leased my 2016 Toyota Highlander from the Toyota dealer in Haverhill. I was not happy with the customer service and decided not to return to that d I leased my 2016 Toyota Highlander from the Toyota dealer in Haverhill. I was not happy with the customer service and decided not to return to that dealership. My lease was due in the next few months and since this was my first lease decided to go in and see what my options were. I spoke with Rob Lane, who sat with me and went thru several scenarios and explained each in detail until I understood exactly what to expect. Something I did not experience my first time 3 years ago. I never felt pressured to buy and was a bit surprised at the many options I did have! I also met with Adam Prakop. Each of these salesmen were respectful, patient and I truly felt that I was getting the best deal they had to offer. Although I did not purchase that day, I would definitely recommend Rockingham Toyota. More
