Experience wasn’t great. Had to pay another $800 for a boots(?) job after spending $746 for a 150,000 mile service check. Al thought the amount was on my previous bill, I didn’t see it & the service manager didn’t explain the job wasn’t necessary. Also when I asked the manager for my 10% loyalty discount, he was very rude & reluctantly gave me the discount. Labor costs are too high &VW no longer offers free car wash. Was disappointed in the service at my last visit More
