The dealership has changed it’s name from Rockingham Toyota to Canobie Lake Toyota. They charged me $225 for labor to replace a defective latch that was purchased from them, installed by my garage, and Toyota to Canobie Lake Toyota. They charged me $225 for labor to replace a defective latch that was purchased from them, installed by my garage, and was under warranty. A computer module that is located near the latch in the rear hatch was also bad. Both parts were held on by a total of 5 screws! I was told I would not be charged labor for the warranty work, but they lied!! When I got my bill, they had charged me $599 in labor for what amounted to 1 hour worth of time! They will rip you off any way they can! The dealership name changed, but the same crooks run it! If you Can find a reputable local garage to take your car, you should!! Obviously return business and customer satisfaction is not important to Canobie Lake Toyota! More

Got work done on my car I had work done on my car. I came in for a oil change as well as inspection and everyone there was extremely friendly. Rockingham Toyota Experience! My experience at Rockingham Toyota was wonderful! Everyone was very nice and helpful.
