I felt like I choose the wrong line at the express checkout in the grocery store. I had to ask for a trash bag from the receptionist to clean out the personal items in my car. Another couple arrived during my sale (maybe they had the same scheduled appointment time as I did) and I felt like a 5th wheel after that...perhaps because my purchase was only a $20k camaro and not the obvious $57k Jeep. Or because I had to ask for the second key to the "used" car I bought. Or because they kept my keychain and house key from the dealer test drive. No final walkthrough on an old car I guess. Or because I was told I would probably want to have it serviced elsewhere...ya think. God knows the last thing you want is a potential new sale wandering around when I could be doing the same thing at the Chevy dealer. I waited longer to get to the final paperwork portion of the sale than I did to complete the entire actual buying process. Not one of the other staff members even spoke to me as I wondered aimlessly around the lobby. It is so obvious that the dealer ratings on new car sales are the driving factor to the customer experience. I had purchased my last 6 vehicles from Ft. Collins Dodge Jeep before going to Longmont. The experience between them and Longmont is night and day different. More

Insurance company says they paid the Dealer ship in November and dealership says they wont refund my money because they have not been paid. EXTREMLY POOR COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
