He found us a car that had just exactly the features we were looking for. Then, after we purchased the car he helped us to quickly and easily set up some of the car's features such as BlueTooth. My financing was handled by Miguel Sarria, and Miguel did a very good job of getting us through all the paperwork quickly, easily, and seamlessly. Ricky Jacobs, the Sales Manager who oversaw our transaction, was also very helpful and friendly from beginning to end, again without being in the least bit "pushy." All in all, it was a pleasure doing business with this group. As strange as it may sound, we almost feel like "family" now with the members of the Koons sales team we worked with. Sam gave us his cell phone number and encouraged us to call him with any after-purchase questions we have about the car we bought, and I believe he really meant it sincerely. Moreover, I'm confident Sam would be able to answer our questions quickly and correctly. By the way, we were sufficiently pleased with the Koons sales team that before we completed this rating we phoned the dealership to be sure that we had the names all spelled correctly.
