Rick was the reason I traveled to St. Louis to purchase my Cadillac Escalade. I called him and over the phone he went out to the Vehicle on the ELCO lot and described it to me in detail, and went over th my Cadillac Escalade. I called him and over the phone he went out to the Vehicle on the ELCO lot and described it to me in detail, and went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb before I decided to drive up from Kansas City. If it weren't for his excellent customer service and honesty I would have never driven 270 miles to make my purchase. Rick was exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and then took me for a long test drive while explaining the vehicle in detail. Rick Weinstein made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. No high pressure "Used Car Salesman" tactics.
