He was very transparent about the pricing- letting me know what features would cost a bit more and where I could save money. Samantha stepped in to help me with some of the paperwork when Rick was out, and then Dave in the finance department worked through the payment process with me. More

Best service ever So professional and caring. They treat your car like their own. I would never think of going anywhere else, either to buy a car or have it serviced. C So professional and caring. One of the better local car dealerships I have dealt with. We walked in at lunch and had a reasonable deal in an hour and drove home that afternoon with a new Jeep, making my wife very happy. I always suggest We walked in at lunch and had a reasonable deal in an hour and drove home that afternoon with a new Jeep, making my wife very happy. I always suggest to do your homework online before entering any dealership, as emotion and that delicious new car smell can easily intoxicate you. Our salesperson Rick was very straightforward and cordial, and everything I would expect from an experienced car salesperson. Cortese also had great inventory to choose from for us. We leased our last Jeep two years ago from them, and I have no reason to go bother with anyone else, as long as they don't change. One paperwork mistake was handled and corrected in our favor by Samantha and the money person, so all is well. More

Took his time explaining features, worked hard to find all available discounts and financing options and worked with me on my trade. I love my new Cherokee and would recommend Cortese for sure. Their internet sales department was so prompt. I contacted them in the morning, they got back to me for a 10am appt and I had my new car by 4pm same day!! As an aside, they do a ton of follow-up which is nice, and they even texted me about an item that I left in my trade. More
