John Barr at Findlay Toyota in Henderson isn't what he advertises to be after all. We honestly thought highly of him after seeing so many years worth's of commercial advertising and even being being featu advertises to be after all. We really thought if anyone could help us he would. Unfortunately we were dead wrong. I went up there seeking his help seeing how I was screwed over very badly from David Wilson's Toyota on East Sahara. They got me distracted and made sure I never saw the true price they were charging me for what was supposed to be a new car that turn out to be a demo slash used car and charged me double then what a person would pay for a new car. Everything they gave me was put on a usb chip instead of actual paperwork. Seeking John's help we were hoping he could he could find a way to help make a bit better. I explained our whole situation to him and... well instead of him helping us he referred us to Rick Glenn who at the time seemed eager and willing to help. But another manager intervened named payam hamzehi. Apparently him and Rick Glenn share the same position so rick even though wanting to know more and help was brushed to the side. Now it's all mr. Payam. The best mr. Payam wanted to do was practically wanting to screw me over even more. I was given 2 options. He decided option A, how about let increase my amount owed from 33k to 48k and monthly payments from 600 to 700 a month and he'll swap out my Toyota Corolla to a Toyota Camry. Yeah... like that's a real help. Then there's option B. You pay upfront 11k cash and we'll swap out your Toyota Corolla you have now with a new Toyota Corolla fresh from the factory, but you'll have to be put on a waiting list. Your payment will go down a bit and you'll have a new car! Yeah... how is that any different from just me making an 11k payment from what I owe now? So all in all. John Barr who we thought would help us, does not live up to the representation he shows. He'll send you to what was supposed to be a person that'll help you who was Rick Glenn but you'll just cut off and screwed over again by good old payam hamzehi. Thanks for nothing guys. Good to know you really give a dam about us hard working law abiding citizens. NOT!! More

Tried to pull the bait and switch on a car order. Everyone knows cars salesman have a bad name. There are some good ones who are honest. This Gentleman is not, you can’t pull a bait and switch and take 12000 deposit after 3 months. I had all the documents and texts showing the costs and then a new document for an increase of 5000! This gentleman stated I didn’t have a signed contract, this is false. They provided the documents then changed them 3 months later. The dealer did end up giving me the car but added 300.00 and a ride from the airport. I did have an attorney that does auto dealer fraud ready, but they corrected their actions. More

This family of dealerships never fails to come through in ways that are reminiscent of another bygone era. Ordered and received a ‘22 Tundra. There were mechanical problems from the onset. They got us every option we wanted and were very transparent in regards to cost. I won't buy a Toyota from any other dealer. We live across town and only 2 miles from Toyota dealer on our side of town, they had horrible customer service. So it is worth it to travel 35 miles to be treated very well.
