I just wanted to thank the Sapaugh family for helping me find the perfect truck. Everyone from Rick Gerber my salesman, Mike Reagan in finance and finally Joe Clemens Sapaugh’s General Manager. These days i find the perfect truck. Everyone from Rick Gerber my salesman, Mike Reagan in finance and finally Joe Clemens Sapaugh’s General Manager. These days it’s rare to work with the GM. Throughout the buying process Joe Clemens talked to me before the sale to see what I was looking for and paired me up with a salesperson that made the most sense to what I was looking for. When I found the vehicle that matched my criteria Rick my salesman really took the time to answer any questions I had. There was absolutely no high pressure selling. Then I went to financing with Mike Reagan (the best in the business) and that went so smoothly. Finally I got another visit with Joe Clemens. He just wanted to make sure I has happy with my new truck and asked me if there was anything else he could do. It’s refreshing to receive such great service. Joe Clemens runs a tight ship and definitely makes sure EVERYONE leaves happy! Thanks Joe!!! More

I have been a customer for several years now. Started with the body shop and recently bought my first vehicle from them. I won't blow smoke and say everything is sunshine and roses.
