I explained I would be in trouble for 3 days without my ´little pony´.....in 5 minutes Hank and the new manager RICK FELDMANN arranged a Maserati for me. That thing is just pure performance and a work of art at the same time! I've been a long time Mercedes Benz owner but recently had been looking for something different, so started shopping around. I've always turned my head when a Maserati drove by, so after some research and great end of year deals offered at Ferrari Maserati of Fort Lauderdale, I responded to an their online inquiry form next to the car I liked. Hank called me the next day, answered a few questions I had, and noted my buying terms. He was just a pleasure to deal with... no pressure, full of knowledge, and helpful. Within a few hours he got back to me with a deal I couldn't refuse, so I went into the dealership and closed the deal within an hour. When there was some confusion on down payment terms, Hank called in Rick Feldmann in, their Sales Manager, who immediately made it right. Hank then handed me over to Emilio Cosnotti, their Finance Manager, who made signing the paper quick and easy. That whole dealership has its act together! More
