From the moment we walked in it was wonderful service. She had worked with a Andrew at Cadillac, and he introduced us to Richie with Infinity. Richie found the exact car I wanted and we worked a deal. It is so luxurious and exactly what I’ve been wanting. Richie was fantastic and gave great customer service the whole time. Every person we came in contact with was wonderful. Nathan showed us how to work everything in the delivery bay. 10 stars and we will recommend to anyone!!! More

I didn't think the second time could be better than the first but they If stellar customer service is what you want, go talk to DJ at Crest Infiniti. I didn't think the second time could be better than the first but they proved me wrong. DJ's son was about to have surgery and he made sure I was taken care of. The sale went so smoothly. I felt like I got a great deal, no back and forth, no games. We are a DJ-Crest-Infiniti family for life! You don't know how stress-free and easy car buying can be until you've gone here! Seriously. Best dealership in DFW Just purchased my second Infiniti from Jon and Ritchie at Crest Infiniti. I had a couple of months left on my Q50 lease and had brought it in for an o Just purchased my second Infiniti from Jon and Ritchie at Crest Infiniti. I had a couple of months left on my Q50 lease and had brought it in for an oil change. I had requested a loaner, since I needed to get stuff done and didn't have time to wait. They knew that I was considering the QX60, so they pulled the wrapping off of a brand new one for me to try out. I ended up turning in my Q50 and driving home from my oil change with a new car! The difference in the customer experience and level of service I receive at Crest Infiniti, compared to all the other dealerships in town, is incredible. I had considered Audi, Jaguar, and Cadillac SUVs. I had visited several dealerships for each. Ultimately, it came down to how I was treated by the staff. At Crest Infiniti, I knew I would continue to receive a great customer experience AFTER the sale. That makes all the difference. More
