Service took too long. $10 for Lyft ride for the day is nothing! Employees were very nice. Better communication is needed as to the service time length. Unfortunately, my experience at Honda has been very bad. I have left crying multiple times and no one seems to ever want to help. Sales people are really good at getting you into a car, but once you’re into I have left crying multiple times and no one seems to ever want to help. Sales people are really good at getting you into a car, but once you’re into a car, They never wanna help with anything after even if the damages were their fault. They refused to help. I will never refer anyone to go to Honda and I will not be returning. More
