I am proud to have been named Salesman of the Year for 10 years, Acura Council of Sales Excellence member for 10 years, and the only person in this store to become Council of Sales Excellence (COSE) Gold Master! I am married with 6 children and in my free time I enjoy Kayak sailing and building cars!

We just leased another Acura from Crown. We have been very pleased with the responsiveness of our salesman, Richard Morris, and all of the staff there including Sophie Morris. Richard Morris has always I enjoy getting a new car every few years and Crown Acura has made my leasing experiences smooth and easy for over 12 years. Richard Morris has always been my salesperson. He is very knowledgeable and always finds me exactly what I am looking for. He's very patient (I change my mind a lot) and extremely helpful when it comes to teaching how to use all the new features on each new car. I am on my 7th Acura and my husband is on his 3rd. We've even recruited several of our friends to become part of the Acura family and they've all been loyal customers for years as well. I have never had a bad experience whether I was dealing with sales, service or finance. I couldn't ask for a better dealership or more reliable brand of car! More

A happy experience Rich Morris treated me well and was not a high pressure seller. My only dislike was the "dealer fee" which was a fee without any value to me, the customer. More
