No Hassle, No Fuss After viewing available Hyundai Santa Fe's over the internet, decided to go to this dealership even though it was about 50 minutes away from where we After viewing available Hyundai Santa Fe's over the internet, decided to go to this dealership even though it was about 50 minutes away from where we live. Arrived at the dealership was assigned to Richie as our sales rep. He helped find the right vehicle for us from my list of options and our ideas of what we wanted in a new Santa Fe. While we were taking a test drive they did an inspection on our 2014 Santa Fe and came up with a trade in value that was very generous for a car with 85000 plus miles. Richie worked with their system to come up with different scenerios to see whether we should go with a 0% interest and $1000 rebate or if it would be better for us to take the $4000 in rebates they were offering on this vehicle and finance with a low interest loan. We decided on the larger rebates and the low interest rate loan that they got through a local bank. Richie Matthies did an outstanding job, never pressuring us or making us feel unappreciated. Good job and I would recommmend him to anyone as a sales rep. More
