Brought car in for repair, service writer ordered the part but never callled to say it was in we had to follow. Set up a time and date but when I arrived there was no record of the appt or what service t part but never callled to say it was in we had to follow. Set up a time and date but when I arrived there was no record of the appt or what service the car. Required. We finally found the service writer who had the paperwork in a folder. After that the repair was done quickly and seems to be working well. More
