He provided all of the information we needed to be confident in making the purchase. No pressure, just all of the details. He was so helpful it was like buying the car from a trusted friend. He kept in contact as we made our way to Albuquerque and gave us directions to avoid the traffic. When we arrived he had everything ready to go, even a fresh oil change and a full tank of gas! It all started on a Sunday, went to Carmax and left with a stomach ache because they wanted to overcharge me for a 10-year old van. By 5pm I had put down my deposit and 24- hours later I took possession of my brand new 2026 Toyota Sienna van. Car buying is never anyone’s idea of fun but Richard and Group 1 truly made it easy.
