It's the second lease Richard has helped me with acquiring. When this current lease was up my wife kept telling me to make the long drive to Richard because of the positive experience we ha prior. I was tok stubborn and decided to visit 5 other dealerships, which was a mistake. We immediately drove to Richard the next day and never lost any time again. It was smooth sailing from there.
