This dealership does not supply loaner cars for one-day repairs. So they provide a shuttle service. The customer service rep said the shuttle would definitely be there to take my husband to work on-time wh repairs. So they provide a shuttle service. However, he had to wait an hour for the shuttle to get there because the driver was sent to get parts in Monroeville. My husband was late for work. Additionally, I tried calling the contact number that was provided to see what they did with the vehicle and to ask what time the shuttle would be there to pick up my husband at work to bring him back to get our vehicle, but no one answered the call.
