I'm very pleased with Woburn Toyota, from the beginning when Scott helped me choose and finance my new RAV4, to the few service visits I've had (a few bugs in the beginning because the car was pre-owned, quickly remedied, plus oil change), and Rich Alessi couldn't have been nicer or more helpful yesterday. He alerted me that my rear brakes are just starting to show some wear that will need to be addressed within the next year or so, but he didn't try to push that repair on me -- it was only a courtesy that I appreciated. I do wish in a way that I hadn't had the issue on the day of your Grand Opening, only because of the crowds and noise -- but I appreciated the free lunch I got out of it, and I found a quiet corner behind the building where I could sit on the curb and read while I waited. The veggie burger was good, too! More

Long term Relationship I was fortunate to find Woburn Toyota in 2005 when I purchased my new Toyota Camry LE. The car has been exclusively serviced there and with 161,000 miles on the car.....it continues to run as well as the day I purchased it .....13 years ago. I went in for an oil change this past week and the service representative, Anthony Petrella informed me that my tires needed replacing in the future.....he even told me that Woburn Toyota has the tire sale in October/November and I could wait to take advantage of the sale. The staff is professional, knowledgable and caring to me and my car.....they go out of their way to explain what service the car needs immediately and what service will be needed in the future. Look forward to the new building opening in the summer of 2018 with both the sales and service department inside..... Congratulations to the Woburn Toyota team for providing such fabulous customer service with a smile!! More
