This is an update date after rich the gm got involved I must say all the games ended he did the right thing and because of him I will recommend people to go to his dealership definitely a class act who tre must say all the games ended he did the right thing and because of him I will recommend people to go to his dealership definitely a class act who treats customers well thanks again I purchased a used car that they inspected for 23000 dollars all 4 tires all tires rotted out from the inside so you would never see it needed brakes and rotors my mechanic said this car cant pass inspection like this legally so Lexus passed so they can sell it to me my mechanic said I can’t drive it like this it’s dangerous to bring it back to the dealer so I had to pay another 1000 out of my pocket when I purchased this car 3 and and half months ago that is some scam I asked the sales person Warren as well about the brakes because they felt funny and he lied right in my face the brakes and rotors are checked on all used cars the other mechanic that sent me back to Lexus said this car will not pass inspection because of the tire rot that it’s dangerous to drive this car like this that’s how bad it was Then to tell me I also need brakes and rotors and you go to Lexus and they Don’t take care of it I am going to the attorney general and courts if I have to I should not have paid anything then they say the best they can do is go half with me meanwhile we all know all Lexus cars have what kind of tires so they Put some cheap set of tires on and I had to pay a 1000 like idiot trust me Don’t by nothing from these crooks look at all these reviews I wish I did Before I bought anything every Lexus I have had has Michelin tires they want to sell me a death trap then as soon as I find out tell me a story ok the best they can do is replace all the problems I would Have to pay 50 percent which would be 1000 so they put some geo crap tire on the car I want the money back they should have sold the car like this.so in response to the general manager rich velija message to call and speak to him that was useless I called 3 different times today on wed first he was in a meeting he will call you back that was 11 am. Then I tried at 4pm and was told by Dave who said he’s a sales Manager they are busy but he did forget about me and he will call me Back then at like 645 and it said voicemail full they don’t even call you back that’s how much they value there customers but when the state wants to no how that car passed inspection in the condition it was in then we will see I shopped Lexus of queens never a problem never had a sales person sell me a Death trap and the company tried to charge me for it in the end the gm rich valija did the right thing More

Velija is the most dishonest, worst GM salesman!!!!! I had a problem with my car from day 1 and Rich didn't care at all. All he cared about is that I paid the bill. My fuel injection and brakes met "mi I had a problem with my car from day 1 and Rich didn't care at all. All he cared about is that I paid the bill. My fuel injection and brakes met "minimal standards" which he thought was okay even though I was paying for a Luxury car. My GPS system NEVER worked. He couldn't even take care of that. I spent over 250 hours on the phone complaining about the car to Lexus Financial, Lexus Customer Experience, Lexus's President's office and everyone said that it was Velija's job to help me. He wouldn't call me back and Lexus Corporate Experience complained to me about him as well. He called me back on 2 occasions after my countless calls. He said "How am I suppose to know how your car drives, I never drove one." I STRONGLY recommend Lexus but stay as far away from Velija. He is dishonest and all he cares about is your money!!!!!!! He did offer me another lease at a discounted price however, if he couldn't even fit my GPS why would I entertain working with him again. HE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!! Stay away from him. More

This was the very first time that I h Approximately two weeks ago, I had the sheer pleasure of working with both Mr. Rich Velija and Mr. Will Howard. This was the very first time that I have purchased a vehicle on my own and was really hoping that the Lord would pair me with someone who would honestly assist me in this very important decision of buying a vehicle. Well, that is what exactly happened! Mr. Howard had a pending emergency but took into consideration my request for him to specifically assist me. Thank you so very much, Mr. Howard! I saw the vehicle on the website and it was a very generic-looking picture of the car. I asked Mr. Howard if he could take pictures of the vehicle to give me more of a personal realistic view and in no time I had the photos. When I arrived in NY it was approximately 11:00 a.m., I filled out paperwork/traded in and said goodbye to my Toyota Avalon. At which time, Mr. Howard said, "let's go see your new car"! It was as if the sky had opened up!!! I put my hand over my mouth and began to cry. Mr. Howard gave me a congratulatory hug and all I could say was I love it! I had prayed for years to obtain this particular vehicle and I got what I wanted and then some. It was just a true beauty. I was speechless!! I definitely can not leave out Mr. Velija. He was in constant contact with me on my journey to acquiring my treasure. Even though he was very busy, he made time for my many calls. Lexus of Manhattan is like family to me now. Currently, I am going through a tough time in my life and these two gentlemen definitely added ease and a stress-free welcoming experience.
