I will begin my review with COVID precautions taken by the dealer. I must say that I have have yet to encounter a business that has the same level of COVID safety measures in place! In sales, they have cleaning stations at every table and the staff clean the tables after every guest. All o the staff wear masks (even when outdoors with customers) and they have plexiglass everywhere possible. Regarding my sales person Rich P. He was very personable patient and helpful. He was not pushing and addressed all of my concerns. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is because there was a miscommunication that resulted in a major inconvenience for me. However, when this was brought to the sales person and manger's attention the problem was rectified and I was pleased with the end result. More

Dealing with Rich Ponulak was awesome! He listens, knows the cars, and cares about getting you the correct fit. The only negative feedback is the actual car buying experience. Once a price is agreed on then the cars, and cares about getting you the correct fit. The only negative feedback is the actual car buying experience. Once a price is agreed on then be prepared for the protection packages, then the add on and finally you make it to the finance room where you are presented with extended warranties. This is not Toyota of Naperville’s fault, but it’s exhausting. If the manufacturer thinks it’s an issue, then include it in the car. I just don’t want be sold after I agree to the car.
