Truly Great Service I brought my first vehicle from Winn Kelly about four years ago. Their finance department beat the the rate that my credit union offered. The best part is the service department. They are truly outstanding. I tried to go to dealerships closer to me. It didn’t work out to well. Two different dealers and two not so great visits and now I will drive the extra distance. This time while having my vehicle serviced I talked to Rick Applegate about maybe downsizing from an Acadia to a Terrain. I wasn’t planning to buy one but, he had exactly the vehicle I was looking for and a price which made my decision very easy. So goodbye to my 2014 Acadia Denali and hello to my 2018 Terrain Denali. Rip Off I leased a new car and they talked me into buying a plan that would pay for 5 oil changes and tire rotation. It cost $500. They did not tell me that I leased a new car and they talked me into buying a plan that would pay for 5 oil changes and tire rotation. It cost $500. They did not tell me that I would get two free oil changes and tire rotation and that the oil change plan was only good for 36 months. There is no way anyone would need 7 oil changes in 3 years. The plan is a rip off and doesn’t pay for itself. More

No Dealer games here!! I have been searching for a 4x4 truck for almost 2 months going from dealership to dealership in hopes of just finding a solid rust free dependable tr I have been searching for a 4x4 truck for almost 2 months going from dealership to dealership in hopes of just finding a solid rust free dependable truck while staying within my budget. So many other dealerships would say anything to get me to come out to look at the vehicles they were trying to get rid of. When I spoke with Kyle he was very patient in listening to my needs and instead of trying to guide me to higher priced models he showed me the 2013 Silverado that I purchased. No problem coming together on a price that was fair for both of us and the deal was completed. Financing was a breeze with Rich Northrup, solid finance man, and it was a great car buying experience. Not sure why the other 6 dealerships I visited didn't use the same simple approach but that is their loss. Kyle is a awesome guy who really is just interested in helping you get into a vehicle that works the best for you. More
