I purchased a Subaru Impreza from Sunset Hills Subaru in May 2024. The purchase went smoothly and was a pleasant experience. However, an extended warranty was presented to me at the time of purchase. My six attempts (4 emails and 2 phone calls) to follow up to purchase this warranty have all gone unanswered. Now the window to purchase the warranty has closed. Totally perplexing that it has proved so difficult to buy a $2,800 warranty. More
