WAY too expensive, and still you find the need to charge a "shop fee"?! I was disappointed in that, the charges were already way too high for the work and diagnostics done. I soooo love everything about the service center. I had a transmission warranty. Left with no transmission repair and was told I had 4 critical other items. 2 of which were done less than 30 days ago. The service manager did try to assist me but the servi repair and was told I had 4 critical other items. 2 of which were done less than 30 days ago. The service manager did try to assist me but the service tech insinuated my usual mechanic didn’t do the work. No one even drove my car to see what the transmission was doing until the service mgr offered. I am not happy. My usual mechanic said he will gladly help me. This is why I don’t like using dealerships for engine work. Did I mention Nissan’s prices on the 2 items I just had done - they were TRIPLE what my mechanic charges me. More
