Awful. I walked in knowing the exact car I wanted to look at and test drive. Joe was an absolute jerk. He started out nice until of course the test drive was I walked in knowing the exact car I wanted to look at and test drive. Joe was an absolute jerk. He started out nice until of course the test drive was over and it was time to decide on the car. I was 90% sure I wanted that care so I put down a deposit of $500 which joe PROMISED me was refundable. Turns out the deposit was not refundable at all, and had I not decided on that car I would have been screwed out of $500. I was also told the few little scratches my used car had would be fixed before purchase and that was also a lie. When I had my aunt talk to Joe on the phone because this is my first big purchase and I felt as though Joe took advantage of that, he became nasty with her. Had this not been a good deal on a car I would not have gone back and made the purchase. I hope Joe gets 0% of the commission off of this sale. He didn’t do any selling, as I already knew what I wanted. Once my Aunt has to go back and forth with the manager and Joe and we went in to sign and pick up the car, we were treated pretty poorly. Definitely would never go back, not even to get work done. More

They go above and beyond! BEST dealership I’ve ever worked with. We moved out of state but we still go back to them for our cars! They tracked down the exact car we wanted from a different state, had i worked with. We moved out of state but we still go back to them for our cars! They tracked down the exact car we wanted from a different state, had it delivered and took our two cars as trades. They also offered out-of-state maintenance when the new car got cranky in the snow.
