They want to hit you up with hidden fees, charges to vin etch, ceramic wax, theft insurance, and more! And none of this was requested by us. Dealers add these ridiculous charges and you have no choice but to accept them. Immediately speaking with Mike and explaining the issues here in CT, he assured me he would only sell me the Mazda CX-5 my son wanted and nothing else. Honestly I wasn't sure I believed him. He took $200 off the price of the car without me even asking to negotiate...I couldn't believe it! Mike's manager Rich was more than fair, I didn't get an opportunity to speak with him but he helped Mike put the deal together. I also worked with Jay, the finance manager, another great guy. Ultimately my wife and son drove up to New Hampshire and picked up a beautiful 2021 black CX-5. My son is so excited about his new car and Mike and his team made it happen for him. My wife and son came home and told me the team at Werner was outstanding, they had a great experience working with everyone there. Mike made me so comfortable that I didn't even go to New Hampshire to pick up the car with my family. I fully trusted Mike and he didn't let me down. We got a great deal and a beautiful car that my son will have for many years. We are considering purchasing a Mazda for my wife now, I will no doubt head back up to Werner Mazda again.
