Again, thanks for providing a Class A service for my Chevrolet Equinox. Ziegler Schaumburg is and it will be my preferred place fkr raking care of my Equinox for sure.
I purchased a pre owned 2020 escalade w/ 20k miles, with
extended warranty.
Problems with verbal navigation, the handle door locks, the step to enter / exit the vehicle, and seat cool/warm have been issues

The service manager noted my concerns and assigned a service person to address the issues.
The 1st time I brought the vehicle in the problem with navigation was unable to be duplicated. The door locks were reported to be adjusted. I returned the following day and demonstrated to the service person the problem. They investigated and said the problem was with Lojack and that was supposedly corrected.
The last time I brought the vehicle in a similar response was given - duplication of the concerns were not present.
I am not sure what else to do. I spent a lot of money for the vehicle and I would like it to function without these issues.

Ziegler said the new transmission was under warranty for another 100,000 miles. It took “2 months”to evaluate the problem and then had the gall to charge me a $179.00 inspection fee for a repair that was under warranty. They suck you in with good sales services and then hang you out to dry with their service department. I bought two cars there. NEVER AGAIN.!
