I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know. I’ve had a couple of lingering issues that shouldn’t exist in a brand new truck that were constantly ignored. The service manager finally decided to I’ve had a couple of lingering issues that shouldn’t exist in a brand new truck that were constantly ignored. The service manager finally decided to hear me out and fix the issue. He was nice enough to arrange a loaner at their expense for the 2 weeks my truck was being worked on. I went and picked up my truck last week and so far it’s been better. I was disappointed to discover that someone was eating in my truck because they left frito crumbs behind and didn’t bother to clean it up. I don’t allow eating in my truck nor do I loan it so I know without a doubt the frito droppings came from Zeigler employees. This whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Thank you Rich for trying. More

Back hatchback wiper was not replaced when I had asked the windshield wipers to be replaced. I probably misspoke because it's clear that I should have asked for ALL wipers to be replaced. The hatchback wiper was the one in most need of being replaced. Also, I finally had an under-hood part replaced that was previously damaged years ago while my vehicle was serviced at this Chevy dealership. At the time, the service worker pointed out the broken part and verbally said it could be repaired for free during my next visit. When I did bring it up upon a subsequent visit, I was not believed because I did not get that previous verbal repair promise in writing. I didn't bring this past issue up during this most recent visit because I knew that I would not be believed without the correct documentation. More
