Hello, my name is Ricardo Hernandez and I have been living in Colorado since 1979. I was born in Rio Bravo Tamaulipas, Mexico; which is on the Southeast corner of the U.S. I am a proud family man, married for 20 years to a beautiful woman named Rosa. We have three great children together. Two sons, Riky and Christian, and one daughter Daisy. Riky is 19 years old and going to Front Range Community College. Christian is 11 years old in the 7th grade at Erie Middle High School. Daisy is 10 years old in the 6th grade at Black Rock Elementary in Erie. I have been selling Toyotas since 2003 and I love selling this brand of automobiles with Rock Solid Satisfaction.

Took my vehicle with a clear issue and I was told that there wasn't an issue. Now weeks later I'm still experiencing the issue and took pictures of it, just as the first time. Great salesman, xxxxxxx manager Bought a new car from this dealership. The salesman, Ricardo, was an absolute gem. His manager, Tony, is an absolute liar. He claimed that he couldn’t Bought a new car from this dealership. The salesman, Ricardo, was an absolute gem. His manager, Tony, is an absolute liar. He claimed that he couldn’t touch the $599 handing fee because he would get sued for giving certain customers preferential treatment. I know for a fact that all dealership can remove whatever fee they want. It’s called sales. I also graduated law school and know his claim was a complete lie. The is no liability risk for removing fees. He’s just a liar. The he undervalued my trade in at $4500z I showed him that those cars were selling for $10-12k. He claimed that they would be sending my trade in to Utah or somewhere so his dealership wouldn’t see any of that profit. I checked their site a week later and they are selling my trade in for $11k. I am astounded how easily and repeatedly he lied to my face while claiming he was being completely up front about everything. He also acted like I was crazy for calling him out on his xxxxxxxx. I will never go back to that dealership, to service my car or otherwise. I am disgusted that they operate with complete dishonesty. Toyota, you need to talk to this dealer about their practices. More

My problem is the outrageous cost of FC Insurance for a newer, more valuable vehicle for me with my spotless driving record. More principle than "affordability" in my case. I simply will not pay extortion-money-prices to some sleazy, slimy insurance company. I have no doubt whatsoever that one or both of the sales gentlemen will come up with the perfect, older car for me soon. More
