I was referred to Ricardo through a family member who had previously bought a car from him. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by staff with a smile. They tell you one thing and then deny and talk in circles, like you should be happy you have a car. I had originally gone into Kia Greenway North back in May after already having previous bad experiences with them because they sent me messages offering great deals on a car and I needed a car. I should have stayed away. We did purchase a car though and we specifically asked if they did the free oil changes for life. We were told by the original person that sold us the car, “yes” since we bought the car at Kia. The original contract was scrapped in October due to Kia dropping the ball on paperwork per the finance company, so we had to go back in and fill out another contract and get another finance company. At that time I asked if the contract would be the same and was told yes. Long, long, frustrating story short, I went in for an oil today and was told that wasn’t part of the contract that we signed in October. It should have known it was going to be a bad experience today when I pulled up and one man was asking for a manager, another couple was upset about there experience and screaming, and then they couldn’t find my appointment lol. NEVER EVER again will I go there for anything. More
