Amazing! I originally went to the Honda dealership in Pensacola but, the dealership was horrible so, I decided to go to tameron Honda which is about a 45 minut I originally went to the Honda dealership in Pensacola but, the dealership was horrible so, I decided to go to tameron Honda which is about a 45 minutes drive which in the end was totally worth it. I knew what car I wanted we I got to the dealership and immediately someone greeted us and helped as once we walked in compared to the Pensacola one. Reynaldo help us a lot when we were buying the car. He helped us get in the car we wanted and got to a price that we wanted I would highly recommend this place and Reynaldo. More

I was so dreading the experience, but knew we wanted a Honda. We met Reynaldo and he made us feel instantly comfortable. He was extremely pleasant and patient. We had lots of back and forth deciding and driving. If he ever felt impatient with us, we never knew it. We are Honda loyal, HOWEVER, every now and then you meet a salesperson you would follow somewhere else. Reynaldo is one. Great job REYNALDO HERRERA!!! A nightmare and a waste of my time. I went to Tamera Honda looking to purchase a pre-owned CRV and to trade in a 2017 HRV. I was given a CRV as a take home overnight while they evaluate I went to Tamera Honda looking to purchase a pre-owned CRV and to trade in a 2017 HRV. I was given a CRV as a take home overnight while they evaluated the trade value amount on HRV. When I left the for the evening, Herrera told me that they would get the trade in offer on HRV and contact me the next day. I specifically asked him to email me the offer so that I could get in touch with the loan officer at my credit union to start the purchase. By noon next day I had not heard from him. I sent Herrera a text to ask if he had gotten figures together. His reply was that he was no in yet. By 3:30pm I sent another text to inquire, no reply. Finally at 5:20pm I pulled in to the dealership only to find him sitting in the sales managers office playing on his cell phone. Not dealing with any customers at all. I demanded my car key back for the HRV and told them both they blew this deal!!! I bought my previous car from Tameron. I used to think it was a good dealership. Not any longer! Wound up buying a very nice Pre Owned CRV from a dealership in New Orleans. It was worth the drive!! I finally got excellent customer service else where! More
